The Kick start programme allows holders of the Living Free Course to become Licensed Retailers (agents) to resell the course via direct mail or the internet. It is not an affiliate programme, it is a fully fledged business in which the course is purchased from PhilDee Ltd (the Publisher) at a wholesale price and resold to buyers at the normal, fixed retail prices. Not only can agents offer the hard copy version of the course but also a digital version, available on CD or internet download.

The "agency manual" which gives details of this programme is available for download and free viewing below. This new manual also contains the way to market the DIGITAL version of the Living Free course. This does not mean any kind of commitment, it's just for you to read to see if you like it. If you do like it, and want to register, read "Becoming an Agent" on page 43 of the manual, and print out the Licence (page 60), sign and post with the agency remittance.

Extra Information on how the digital version will be offered

This  is a brief summary of how the digital version of the Living Free course will be offered for sale by agents. Also please note that the Hard Copy option to distribute Living Free is still available. 

All contact with the end user/customer will be though the agent concerned. We will only be directly involved in exceptional circumstances. The basic system is this:

1. The agent sends out a flyer advert. This asks the enquirer to get back to the agent, either to  the agent's own website, or an email to the agent, or they post the coupon back to the agent concerned. 

2. The agent can either send them a hard copy mainshot, or a free CD. The CD will contain Adobe versions of the mainshot, plus all the course parts (locked, except for the free previews). Alternatively the agent can have their own website featuring the sales stuff and also all the book files, exactly as per the CD. 

3. These CD's will be available at cost price from PhilDee Ltd. Whether the agent buys a stock of these, or takes a master copy to duplicate on their own CD writer, is up to the agent. It is also up to the agent to decide whether to send a mainshot, followed by the CD to those who buy, or just send the CD out as a combined digital mainshot and bookfile-download in one. If an agent relies entirely on downloads from their website then that's fine but they will still need a small stock of CD's for those people who, for many technical reasons, cannot download the stuff properly.

4. The customer buys the course or part of it. The customer sends the retail remittance to the agent together with the two unlock codes as generated by the locking system. The agent pays us the wholesale price and passes on the customer's codes to us. We produce the final unlock code (the "authorization string") and send it to the agent, who sends it to the customer (that way the agent knows we've done it). 

5. How the customer pays the agent depends on the agent. At worst it's by cheque or Postal order. Next best is Nochex or PayPal (this will require the agent to have a website). Best is for the agent to have a merchant account/Credit card payment facility of their own, such as WorldPay.

6. It sounds complex but it's not. Instead of thinking that the customer is buying a book, supplied by the agent who got it from the publisher, the new system is the same but with unlock codes instead of books. Everything else is mostly the same.
