All our download files are prepared as PDF files which can be viewed on any
computer. All you need is a piece of free shareware called Adobe Acrobat
Reader (Version 4 or above). Once you have installed this shareware you can
then download our files and view them.

To test if you have already got Adobe installed, double-click this: TEST.PDF
This will boot up adobe if it's on your hard disk. If you can read the
message then all is well. If not, please install adobe reader by going directly to www.adobe.com

Step One is to download the Newsletter/Manual below.
The time this takes varies according to your modem and how busy the
internet is. (Tip: Try downloading before 9.00 am when the USA is asleep!)
Step Two, if TEST.PDF doesn't work, download Acrobat Reader version 4 (or higher).
You may already have this on your computer. Please check the version number. If you
need version 4 you can go straight to www.adobe.com and follow the instructions for
downloading the free reader.
The easiest way to view any pdf file is to use windows explorer and double
click the pdf file you want to view. The reader programme boots up
automatically.

If the file you view is empty or doesn't show up properly then check the
version number of the reader you are using. Our files have been prepared on
version 4.0 only. Any earlier version of the reader will not work.
Choose the reader that matches your system:

For Mac, get the latest Mac version of adobe at  www.adobe.com and click on the
PDF VERSION. This will boot up the adobe version "live" on this
screen (Provided TEST.PDF above works) You can then click FILE and SAVE AS
on the adobe toolbar and save the book to your hard disk.
